Job Description
Plan and schedule customer calls and visit customers as per planned and targeted call frequency
Meeting IVF Labs, Hospitals and Gynecologist for IVF consumable / Device / Equipments / specialty products
Develop new customers and generate sales
Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually
Strong follow ups on order booking, new requirements and payment collection
Ensure to promote complete product mix
Handle customer complaints and communicate with seniors and provide solution
Retain existing customers and take references
Daily reporting to reporting system is must
